No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. It will also allow you to view the status of orders and control your account. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal details. Your information will always be kept private

We accept payments via Paypal, Shop Pay, and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. You also have the ability to receive and maintain store credit to use at checkout.

You can request an order cancellation anytime before tracking information is assigned. Once a tracking number is issued, the order is considered shipped and can no longer be canceled. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

You can enter your discount code at checkout. A valid code will reflect the appropriate discount.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, please note that to prevent fraud, orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. You can also check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Please contact us with the discount code along with the order information. If it is a valid code, and your payment hasn't been processed yet, we will certainly apply the code for you.
